The 911 50 Year Edition is based on a 991 Carrera S but has the wider body of the Carrera 4S. The car is equipped with features that have contributed to the success of the iconic 911 over the years such as specially tuned Porsche Active Suspension Management, a sports exhaust system and very special 20 inch wheels which are a visual tribute to the legendary “Fuchs” wheels. The car also features chrome trim strips on the front air inlets as well as on the rear engine compartment grille. Finishing off the very elegant exterior is the high-gloss window frames, the sport design exterior mirrors and the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS).

 

The interior is finished in leather and the center panels of the seats feature a fabric pattern, reminiscent of the “Pepita” tartan design from the 1960s. There is a special decal on the cubby lid depicting the limited number of the car. There are also logos embroided on the headrests as well as a logo on the tachometer and the aluminum door sills. Numbers and lettering on the instrument cluster are in green with white pointing needles and silver caps on the instrument pivot pins. The gear selector is from the Porsche Exclusive program in brushed aluminum. There are also brushed aluminum panels on the dashboard, doors and center console. The 911 50 Year Edition is available in two unique exterior colours only, Geyser Grey and Graphite Grey.
